Tree Pruning

Not all trees need to be removed - there are a number of options one can consider to preserve the tree. We can crown lift the tree, which means removing the lower canopy, for example, to clear roofs. We also offer thinning or selective pruning that allows more light through the canopy while maintaining the shape of the tree. When trimming trees, we will remove dead or diseased branches back to the appropriate fork or collar to Australian Standards.

Council approval and arborist reports are sometimes required for tree removal or pruning. At Tree Central, we offer qualified arborist reports as well as prepare a tree removal application for you to submit to your local council. We work with most insurance companies and can advise you on the insurance applications, correct procedures regarding tree removal, council requirements and more.

Stump Grinding
